How do I create or assign a task in Arkchat?

ArkChat allows you to create tasks directly from your messages, so you don’t need to switch between chat apps and project-management tools. With one click, any message can become a trackable task, keeping all task-related chats and updates in one place.

Here’s how to create or assign a task:

1. Type your task details in the chat input box.
2. Tap the Send icon.
   A pop-up with four options will appear: Task, Approval, Private Message, and Send to All.
3. Select “Assign Task.”
4. Choose the member you want to assign the task to.
5. Tap “Assign Task.”

Your message is instantly converted into a task, allowing you and your team to track progress without leaving the conversation.
