How can I send private messages inside a group?

  • Messaging & Collaboration

ArkChat lets you send private messages inside a group without creating separate chats. This helps you keep all project conversations in one place, so you don’t need to create multiple groups for one project.

Private messaging is useful when you need to talk with seniors, collaborators, or external members without involving the entire group.

Here’s how to send a private message inside a group:

  1. Open the group where you want to send the message.
  2. Tap the message box at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Type your message.
  4. Select the person(s) you want to message privately.
  5. Tap “Send as Private Message.”

Your message will be visible only to the selected person(s), and Account Admin(s) not all group members.
